Delivery

After entry into force of the Contract, provided that the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of sale and the Eventor OÜ has received 100% of the cost of goods into its bank account, goods are dispatched to the address indicated in the order by the Customer.

The Customer can choose between the following ways of delivery:

In Estonia – 4 €

Other Europe – 15 €

The goods will be delivered on the 5 to 10 business day after payment at the latest, depending on the way of delivery selected.

In cooperation with Post24, Customers can have their goods dispatched to a parcel terminal. The goods are dispatched to the terminal the Customer has selected when placing the order and the parcel is delivered to the terminal within 2 to 7 business days after payment for goods. When the parcel arrives at the destination terminal, the Customer is sent an SMS with all the necessary information for pick-up. The Customer has to enter the code indicated in the SMS into the screen on the parcel terminal and the locker door will open. If the Customer fails to collect the parcel within seven days, it will be sent back to the store and in order to receive it, the postage will have to be re-paid.

The shop is responsible for the goods ordered and purchased during the transportation stage of the goods. The risk of damage to or loss of the goods will transfer to the Customer after the latter has received the goods from the parcel terminal or from the courier. If the Customer has designated a third party as the receiver of the goods (for example, if the goods are sent as a gift), the designated third party will bear the risk of damage to or loss of the goods starting from the receipt of the goods from the parcel terminal or from the courier. The shop is unable to recall orders after dispatch of goods. This means that if goods have already been dispatched, the Customer will have to pay for the delivery of the goods and if the Customer finds the goods to be unsuitable, he or she will be entitled to use the 14-day right of return.
